Request an Appointment with the Dentist

Our office is open Monday-Thursday 8-5:30 pm and Friday by appointments only.

The office is closed on weekends and major holidays. It is also closed at times when we are away attending continuing education programs to increase our skills and maintain knowledge of the latest developments to serve you better.

Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 24-hours in advance, you may be charged an additional fee.

We see patients by appointment only, except for dental emergencies. If the need arises for an urgent appointment you are encouraged to call prior to coming into the office.

In order to keep your wait time to a minimum in the office and not to inconvenience our other patients we request timely arrival for your visit. If you are late your appointment may be rescheduled.

Our office will try to give you a courtesy call to remind you of your appointment, keeping the appointment is your responsibility.
